Lunchtime at Rogue

Black and white image of three people at a wooden table, reading and writing. One person is holding a book, another is writing in a notebook next to a cup with a straw, and a third person has a book open on the table in front of them.

Students are responsible for bringing their own lunch every day. Our lunch time is an opportunity for RCA students to grow in gratitude and servitude.

Students will help serve one another beverages, take turns cleaning up, have the opportunity to express something specific that they’re grateful for or recognize a fellow classmate for an action or behavior well done.

Lunch will include brief socratic discussions to encourage conversation and connection. Socratic discussions are open-ended questions to learn critical thinking skills and ask big questions. (i.e. “Do we have free will?”).
